Myrobalan is a plum rootstock, vigorous and good for heavy soils. It is commercially propagated from seed. This is a red leafed clone which makes suckering grafts easier. It is harder to root than Marianna, I recommend bottom heat in a cold greenhouse or a cool room until bud break and root formation.
