We grow 1/4 acre of garlic for our fresh market. It's kind of a signature crop for us so we make sure we give it our best! Rotating fields, multiple cover crops, irrigation if needed, and getting out there and keeping it weeded pays off and we are proud of our garlic! We have been growing our two varieties for over a decade, and have no serious pests or diseases. Hundreds of customers have been using our garlic for their seed for years and rave.
